(KTXL) -- Highway 50 has been closed in both directions at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in South Lake Tahoe, according to the Nevada State Police. Law enforcement is asking drivers to use Lake Parkway as an alternative route. Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is located at 50 Hwy 50 in Stateline, NV. The hotel is located about two hours from Sacramento via Highway 50. The stretch of Highway 50 that is closed down is just past the California-Nevada border, where several casinos are located. LONGMONT, Colo. (KDVR) -- Police are investigating a shooting that killed a juvenile Friday night in Longmont.According to a release, police responded to a shots-fired call around 9 p.m. in the Twin Peaks Square Shopping Center near the intersection of Nelson Road and Hover Street.An officer arrived and found a large crowd of bystanders attending a "car meet-up." A suspect vehicle was identified and juveniles ran to it, police said.The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, during which a backseat passenger exited the car and ran. Authorities are investigating after a man was found fatally stabbed in Brockton early Saturday morning, officials said. Brockton police officers investigating a robbery were driving down Belmont Avenue around 4:30 a.m. when they spotted a man laying on the ground, according to the Plymouth District Attorney’s Office. An investigation revealed the 41-year-old man was suffering from apparent stab wounds. He was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. A man was arrested for the tenth time in a month after he was caught driving a stolen truck in Clovis, Calif. He is facing18 felonies and 15 misdemeanors with charges including stealing six vehicles, DUI, vandalism, fraud and possession of a controlled substance.
