Israeli forces conducted another ground raid in Gaza in advance of an expected invasion of the Hamas-ruled territory that the country’s defense minister said would come soon. Thirteen-year-old Derek Rosa, accused of the brutal murder of his mother, has been charged as an adult. He was charged with first-degree murder in the stabbing death of his mother, Irina Garcia.
